WeatherXM Raises $7.7M
WeatherXM AG has secured $7.7 million USD in a Series A round led by Lightspeed Faction to expand its decentralized weather station network. With over 5,000 stations deployed across 80 countries, WeatherXM aims to become the world's largest weather network by 2025. The investment will support team growth, network expansion, and the development of on-chain weather derivatives.
📈 Expanding the Network
We're excited to welcome two innovative projects to the Protocol Labs ecosystem!
Forest Neurotech is dedicated to enhancing brain health through the development of a minimally invasive ultrasonic whole-brain computer interface. Their groundbreaking technology aims to measure and modulate brain-wide activity, offering personalized treatment for neurological and psychiatric disorders.
Cyber is revolutionizing social networking in web3 by enabling developers to create applications that transform how people connect, create, monetize, and share value. The platform offers native yield for bridged assets and features a decentralized sequencer and verifier network, reducing platform risk.
We look forward to the contributions these projects will bring to our community.
